There is nothing more relaxing than soaking in a nice warm bath with
bath salts. They work great at relieving tired, cramping muscles and
the magnesium content is great for the body in so many ways. I love my
Adovia bath salts. The quality is high, the salts are pure and I have
been sleeping like a baby since I have begun soaking four times a week
in the evenings. The salts quickly dissolve in the bath and don't
contain any oils that stick to the bath tub or make clean up harder.
