Aztec Gold Chia Seeds Packet.

Chia seeds are such a nutritional powerhouse!  And, they are filling.  I love to start every morning off with some warm water lemon with chia seeds soaked in it.  It creates a gel that is filling and that gel also works inside my body to rid it of toxins.  Its a win/win and I have been a regular chia seed user for a couple of years now.
The issue with some brands of chia is that they contain debris and are not cleaned well.  They can also be very pricey.
I was given the opportunity to test and review Aztec Gold Chia seeds and they are awesome!  They came in a packet and were thoroughly washed, I found no debris left behind which is great because rinsing them can be a pain.  I like to have the option to just pour them straight from the bag.  I also inspected the seeds and didn't find any bad ones, Aztec Gold even mentions on their label how selective they are when it comes to the final cut.  I believe that!
I used my seed packet to make a healthy strawberry jelly for my little guy.  It turned out delicious and I loved knowing that it is packed full of health food.
